Man arrested for murder after running pedestrian over multiple times in Fairfield, police say

A driver in Fairfield was arrested for murder after running over a man in a parking lot. The suspect, Vakautakava Tangitau, was located and taken into custody by police. The victim's identity has not been released, and the motive is still under investigation.
