Former President Trump proposed that the government or insurance companies cover IVF treatment costs if re-elected. Sen. Graham supports a means-tested tax credit for IVF users but opposes mandating insurance companies fully cover IVF. GOP lawmakers are considering the fiscal impact and affordability of Trump's proposal.
