Thomas Gannon, a flooring contractor, confessed to killing artist Lois Khorramdel-Rosas before taking his own life. The incident occurred at the Shou Sugi Ban House in Water Mill, New York, a luxury wellness retreat. The relationship between them was described as domestic in nature.
