Keppel DC REIT secures full ownership of key data centres in Singapore

Singapore's Keppel plans to spin off its data centre joint venture to Keppel DC REIT for S$1.38 billion. Keppel DC REIT will acquire full ownership of two data centres in Singapore, aiming for strong positive cash flows and distribution per unit.
