An Italian naval ship is transporting migrants to Albania for asylum processing under a deal facing legal challenges. The ship, carrying 8 migrants from Lampedusa, will arrive in Shengjin on Friday. Italy aims to manage migrant arrivals, but human rights activists criticize the agreement.
