Italian Camorra mafia fugitive arrested in Colombia for drug trafficking

Italian police arrested fugitive Camorra mafia member Luigi Belvedere in Colombia, where he had been on the run since December 2020. Belvedere was wanted for drug trafficking and was apprehended in Medellin. His capture was aided by intercepted messages and cooperation with EUROPOL.
