Intentional San Jose hit-and-run homicide leaves victim pinned under minivan

San Jose police arrested Edward Herrera for a fatal hit-and-run incident involving a pedestrian pinned under a minivan. The victim, known to Herrera, was pronounced dead at the scene. The motive is under investigation in San Jose's 27th homicide of 2024. Contact SJPD with information.
