India's NSE pays $76.5 million to settle algo trading software case

The National Stock Exchange of India has settled a case for unfair access to its algorithmic trading software, paying 6.43 billion rupees. This resolves a hurdle for its planned IPO, with the exchange applying for approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
