IIHF is preparing a proposal to add 3-on-3 hockey to the Winter Olympics starting in 2030

The International Ice Hockey Federation plans to propose adding 3-on-3 hockey to the Winter Olympics by 2030, similar to basketball's recent expansion. This could create opportunities for more players and bring back NHL players to the Olympics.
