ICE Boston arrested two illegal immigrants charged with raping children in Massachusetts, along with a third individual convicted of child rape in Brazil, found hiding in the US. Despite efforts, authorities in Massachusetts did not cooperate with ICE detainer requests. The suspects are facing legal actions.
