I buy bread from Bakers Delight. Why aren't the ingredients listed on the packaging?

All packaged food in Australia must comply with the food standards code, including listing ingredients. However, exemptions apply, such as for bread made and packaged on the premises it is sold. Bakers Delight includes ingredients on their website, but you can always ask for them in-store if needed.
