Around 500 Afghan soldiers who served alongside the British are expected to have their rejected UK visa applications overturned due to fresh evidence showing they were employed by the UK government in Afghanistan. The review revealed inconsistencies in decision-making processes, with 25% of cases expected to be overturned.
