Human bones found in Fishtown section of Philadelphia, police say

Human bones were discovered at Penn Treaty Park in Philadelphia. The bones, a femur and a tibia, likely belong to an adult but it's unclear if male or female. The medical examiner is investigating further to identify the remains.
