(Reuters) - Home Depot said on Thursday it would buy building products distributor SRS Distribution in a deal valued at about $18.25 billion including debt.
SRS serves professional customers such as roofers, landscapers and pool contractors.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of fiscal 2024.
