Historic Main Street buildings sold in Norwich; buyers hope to create apartments, storefronts

Two historic Main Street buildings in Norwich were sold at auction to brothers who plan to renovate them for apartments and commercial space. The buildings are part of the downtown Norwich National Historic District and offer opportunities for state and federal historic tax credits for renovation.
