Harbaugh offered Kaepernick coaching job with Chargers

Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick was offered a coaching job by Los Angeles Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh in January. Harbaugh coached Kaepernick during his time with the San Francisco 49ers and remains supportive of him. Kaepernick expressed his desire to play in the NFL, continuing to train and push for an opportunity.
