Grandparents say DCF shares blame for 14-year-old's death in Fall River

David Almond, a 14-year-old with autism, died after being returned to his abusive father by the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. Neglected and abused, he was found barely breathing and covered in feces. Grandparents blame DCF for reuniting the boys with their father.
