Mexican golfer Emilio Gonzalez was disqualified from a tournament for failing to properly identify a ball he found. This rare "serious misconduct" violation led to his removal from the Mexico's World Wide Technology Championship. Gonzalez was not penalized financially and will compete in the PGA Tour Q School next.
