Former Georgia judge suspended from practicing law after ouster on ethics charges

Former Georgia appeals court judge Christian Coomer has been suspended from practicing law until August 2025 due to ethical misconduct. The Georgia Supreme Court upheld a two-year suspension for exploiting a client and backdated it to his removal from the bench in 2023.
