Ford Motor Co. plans to cut 4,000 jobs in Europe and the U.K. by 2027 due to economic challenges, competition, and low electric car sales. The company will reduce workforce and working hours in Germany to enhance future competitiveness amidst industry shifts to electric mobility in Europe.
