FOID, CCL holder shoots teen during carjacking on Chicago's South Side

In Auburn Gresham, Chicago, a 16-year-old boy was shot during a carjacking, where a 47-year-old victim with a FOID and CCL fired his gun in self-defense. The boy was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
