Florida man faces over 500 charges for allegedly dealing stolen items, violating pawnbroker laws

A Florida pawnbroker, Ronald Plavnicky, is facing 502 charges for dealing with stolen property and not reporting transactions to law enforcement. He knowingly accepted stolen items and failed to report them in the required system, leading to his arrest and a $110,000 bond.
