Five arrested after naked 2-year-old found in locked cage in Kentucky, police say

Police in Kentucky found a 2-year-old child naked and locked in a cage at a home filled with feces. Five individuals were arrested on charges of criminal abuse and endangerment. Two children were removed from the property. The case was reported after a tip from a delivery driver.
