A father of triplets murdered by nurse Lucy Letby at Countess of Chester hospital described chaotic scenes during his children's collapse, with staff appearing inexperienced and resorting to online tutorials for basic medical procedures. Letby was convicted of killing seven babies and attempting to murder seven others.
