Fatal hit-and-run closes City Avenue between Conshohocken Avenue and Golf Road

A fatal hit-and-run accident in Bala Cynwyd closed City Avenue on Monday morning. A woman was killed by a driver in a dark-colored vehicle. Police closed the road for investigation, advising drivers to use alternate routes like Montgomery Avenue and St. Asaphs Road.
