Evanston, Illinois announces volunteer snow shoveling for seniors, people with disabilities

Evanston officials are preparing for winter by offering snow shoveling assistance to seniors and people with disabilities. Residents in need can contact volunteers for help through a free program by calling or texting 847-448-4311 or filling out a form.
