Enterprise Car Club fined me for someone else's unpaid fuel

A car hire mix-up led to a wrongful fine of £113.45 imposed on a customer by Enterprise Car Club for unpaid fuel. Despite evidence proving innocence, the firm initially insisted on payment until realizing the error and refunded the full amount.
