Dozens dive into cold water to raise money during Northwest Polar Plunge

The tenth annual Northwest Polar Plunge at Presque Isle State Park was a success with dozens taking a chilly dip in Lake Erie to support Special Olympics Pennsylvania. The event raised funds for vital programs for individuals with disabilities, with strong community support.
