Devils get 3 power play scores, top Panthers to finish sweep of Cup champs

The New Jersey Devils defeated the Florida Panthers 6-2, with Jesper Bratt scoring a hat trick. Devils swept the series with the Stanley Cup champions, improving to 7-2-0 in their last nine games. Panthers suffered their first consecutive losses since October.
