Death toll from bridge collapse in China's Shaanxi province raised to 38. Two dozen still missing

A highway bridge collapse in China's Shaanxi province has claimed 38 lives with 24 still missing. Heavy rains caused the incident, raising concerns about the safety of the country's infrastructure. Typhoon Gaemi also caused fatalities in the region.
