Deadly air strike on central Beirut after Israel hits Lebanon in north and south

Israel launched a powerful airstrike targeting Hezbollah in central Beirut, killing at least four and injuring 33. Additional casualties included a hospital director and six colleagues in northern Lebanon, along with UN peacekeepers and medics.
