Deadline approaching for NYC restaurants to remove outdoor dining sheds for winter

New regulations in New York City require restaurants to remove permanent roadway dining sheds by Nov. 29. Street dining will be seasonal from April to November, aiming to balance public concerns while supporting the dining industry. The DOT will oversee implementation, with fines for non-compliance.
