Andrew Cuomo's ex-spokesperson, Richard Azzopardi, countersued a state trooper and her lawyers for adding him to a sexual harassment lawsuit against Cuomo. Azzopardi claimed they engaged in malicious prosecution, causing harm to his reputation and business.
