Chinese GaN power chipmaker Innoscience found to have infringed US rival's patent

The US International Trade Commission ruled that Chinese firm Innoscience infringed on a patent held by American rival EPC, affecting its IPO plans in Hong Kong. Innoscience plans to appeal the decision but assures customers of no impact on its products.
