China and Russia plan joint naval and air exercises in Sea of Japan and Sea of Okhotsk to enhance strategic cooperation amidst Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Both countries align to challenge Western liberal democratic order. China supports Russia economically, blaming US and NATO for provoking Putin.
