CCBC holds vigil for Baltimore County native, Rice University student murdered in dorm

A candlelight vigil was held at Community College of Baltimore College to honor Andrea Rodriguez Avila, a student who was shot to death at Rice University. Her family plans to advocate against violence and promote mental health resources. Two scholarships were announced in her memory.
