Carlyle-backed StandardAero prices IPO above range to raise $1.44 billion, sources say

StandardAero, a U.S. aircraft maintenance services provider backed by Carlyle, raised $1.44 billion in its IPO priced above range at $24 per share. The IPO values the company at $8 billion, making it the largest U.S. IPO since Lineage in June.
