California Legalizes Cannabis Cafes Amid Hemp THC Ban

California municipalities can now permit cannabis businesses to operate cafes where cannabis can be consumed on-site, offering non-infused food and drinks. Gov. Newsom signed AB 1775, allowing retailers to sell food and host events, resembling Amsterdam's coffee shops.
