California Rep. Mark Takano urged President Biden to step down and endorse Vice President Harris as the Democratic nominee for 2024. Takano praised Biden's achievements but believes Harris is better suited for the modern campaign demands. Other lawmakers and top Democrats are also reportedly pushing for Biden's withdrawal.
