Yum Brands, Burger King, and McDonald's respond to E. coli outbreak linked to onions. Yum pulls onions from KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell locations; Burger King disposes of onions from specific supplier. McDonald's removes Quarter Pounders from some U.S. locations.
