Robert Bosch GmbH is in advanced talks to acquire heating and ventilation assets from Johnson Controls International Plc for several billion dollars. Johnson Controls seeks to sell its HVAC division, attracting interest from other parties like Lennox International Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co.
