BMW recalls over 290k vehicles due to an interior cargo rail that could detach in a crash

The NHTSA issued a recall for 291,112 BMW X3 SUVs due to a potential interior cargo rail detachment in rear crashes. BMW will replace bolts for free. Another recall involves 1,145 vehicles for airbag explosion risk, with free driver's airbag replacement.
