BMW recalls more than 290,000 cars because interior cargo rail may detach

BMW is recalling over 290,000 vehicles in North America due to faulty bolts that may cause the cargo rail to detach in a rear crash, increasing the risk of injury. Owners will receive notification letters for free bolt replacements.
