Buffalo Bills coach Sean McDermott ruled out linebacker Terrel Bernard, receiver Curtis Samuel, and rookie DeWayne Carter from playing at Seattle. Bernard and Samuel are injured, while Carter needs surgery for a wrist injury. The Bills face the Seahawks with a limited receiving corps.
