BARCS warns of scammers impersonating employees to target people with missing pets

The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter is cautioning the public about scammers posing as BARCS employees, using the official phone number to deceive people with missing pets. BARCS advises not to make payments over the phone and report any suspicious activity to info@BARCS.org.
