Six homes in Deep Cove, North Vancouver, were evacuated due to flooding caused by an atmospheric river. A state of local emergency was declared due to potential infrastructure failure. Evacuees can receive Emergency Support Services. Woodlands community was cut off, and Marr Creek Watershed overflowed.
