Ares, Banks to Fund KKR's Buyout of Minority Stake in Eni Unit

Ares Management Corp. and a group of banks are financing KKR & Co.'s acquisition of a minority stake in Enilive, a unit of Italy's Eni SpA. KKR will use €1.5 billion in debt, with Ares providing €700 million.
