ANZ settles two 'flex commission' motor finance class actions

ANZ Group Holdings in Australia will pay A$99m to settle two class action lawsuits regarding car loan commission practices and superannuation fees. The settlements, subject to court approval, involve alleged breaches related to flex commissions and trustee duties.
