Allegheny County Sheriff's Office bloodhound K9 helps track down dementia patient that wandered away from care facility

A bloodhound K9 named Ranger assisted in finding a dementia patient who wandered from a care facility in Indiana Township. The Sheriff's Office deployed Ranger, who tracked the patient's scent to a nearby neighborhood, where they were found by local police.
