Allan Lichtman takes shot at Nate Silver: 'I admit that I was wrong'

Historian Allan Lichtman admitted he was wrong about predicting Kamala Harris would win the election. He plans to assess the election using his formula of 13 true-or-false questions. Nate Silver, who predicted a toss-up, also commented on the election outcome.
